The Cajun Keto Chef's Venison Chili
Ingredients
  • 3tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2stick butter
  • 3medium chopped yellow onions
  • 3 1/2pounds of ground venison
  • 8tbsp chili powder
  • 6tbsp ground cumin
  • 6tbsp keto sugar(regular sugar if not keto)
  • 6tbsp tomato paste
  • 3tbsp garlic powder
  • 3tbsp salt
  • 2tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1tbsp ground cayenne pepper(1 tsp if you don't like a little heat)
  • 1tbsp Cajun180 Dream seasoning
  • 4cups chicken broth
  • 1can rotel tomatoes
  • 24oz Rao's Marinara Sauce
  • 1jar 2 Sisters' Salsa
Instructions
  1. 1. Cook the venison with the avocado oil and butter for about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add chicken broth.
  4. 4. Add rest of ingredients and let cook for about an hour.
