Ingredients
- 3 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 medium chopped yellow onions
- 3 1/2 pounds of ground venison
- 8 tbsp chili powder
- 6 tbsp ground cumin
- 6 tbsp keto sugar (regular sugar if not keto)
- 6 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tbsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp ground cayenne pepper (1 tsp if you don't like a little heat)
- 1 tbsp Cajun180 Dream seasoning
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 24 oz Rao's Marinara Sauce
- 1 jar 2 Sisters' Salsa
Instructions
- 1. Cook the venison with the avocado oil and butter for about 10 minutes.
- 2. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
- 3. Add chicken broth.
- 4. Add rest of ingredients and let cook for about an hour.
