Instructions
- Brown 2 lbs. of ground meat with Cajun 180 fajita seasoning, chili powder, onion powder, and a dash of cumin in a cast iron skillet. Remove and drain. Brown onion, bell pepper, and celery. Add meat back to skillet. Place meat mixture on top of a tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, 2 Sisters' Verde Salsa, chopped cherry tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, and jalapenos.
