The Cajun Keto Chef's Spicy Shrimp and Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs(sliced lengthwise)
  • shrimp(peeled and deveined)
  • 1large Vidalia onion, sliced(or 2 mediums)
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 jalapeƱos(sliced lengthwise and deseeded)
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2cloves minced garlic
  • avocado oil
  • Swamp Dragon Hot Sauce, to taste
  • 3tbsp chili powder
  • 1tbsp ground cumin
  • 2tbsp paprika
  • 2tsp keto sugar
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1tbsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1tsp Tajin seasoning
  • 1tsp cilantro lime seasoning
  • 2 Sisters' Salsa
Instructions
  1. 1. Mix the last 10 ingredients together to make the homemade fajita chili powder.
  2. 2. Mix in a bowl with the chicken, bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
  3. 3. Add 2 tablespoons of avocado oil on top and mix it all together.
  4. 4. Do the same with the shrimp.
  5. 5. Place in fridge for about an hour to marinate.
  6. 6. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake until chicken is cooked all the way through and vegetables are tender.
  7. 7. Add shrimp to oven for the last few minutes. (If you bake them too long they will overcook)
  8. 8. Use low carb tortillas and char them a little on top of a burner.
  9. 9. Take the fajitas out of the oven, and dress your fajitas however you would like!
