Ingredients
- 5 hatch peppers
- 1/2 cup whey protein isolate
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp fiesta mixed cheese
- 2 Sisters' Salsa
- enchilada sauce
Instructions
- Char the peppers over fire. Place in Ziploc bag and let it sweat. Peel off the skin and deseed the pepper. Stuff the pepper with the 2 cheeses. Dip it in beaten egg. Fry at 350 degrees until golden brown. Top with salsa and/or enchilada sauce.
