Ingredients
- 2 lbs homemade deer sausage
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 6 gloves garlic, chopped
- serrano peppers, pickled
- cilantro
- 1 tomato, chopped
- sour cream
- 2 Sisters' Salsa
- 1/2 avocado, cubed
- Matteo's Medium Ancho Chile Fajita
- Seasoning
- fresh lime juice
- chili onion crunch
Instructions
- Cook the deer sausage in a cast iron skillet. Remove the sausage leaving the oil from the sausage. Sauté the onions and garlic for a couple of minutes. Add the sausage, serrano peppers, and seasoning and cook for a few more minutes. Place in soft taco and top with remaining ingredients.
