The Cajun Keto Chef's Chicken Jalapeno Chili Onion Crunch Queso
Ingredients
  • 2lbs ground chicken
  • 8oz cheddar cheese
  • 8oz pepper jack cheese
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 jalapenos, chopped
  • 4cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1tbsp chili powder
  • 1tsp paprika
  • garlic powder
  • 1can Rotel
  • 1/2cup 2 Sisters' Salsa
  • 2tbsp chili onion crunch
  • 1/4cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 35o degrees.
  2. Cook chicken in cast iron skillet.
  3. Add onions, garlic and chopped jalapenos and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add the Rotel and salsa and cook for approximately five more minutes.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients.
  6. Place in a casserole dish, cover with glass lid and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Stir and continue to bake until all is melted and smooth.
