Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground chicken
- 8 oz cheddar cheese
- 8 oz pepper jack cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 jalapenos, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- garlic powder
- 1 can Rotel
- 1/2 cup 2 Sisters' Salsa
- 2 tbsp chili onion crunch
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 35o degrees.
- Cook chicken in cast iron skillet.
- Add onions, garlic and chopped jalapenos and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the Rotel and salsa and cook for approximately five more minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Place in a casserole dish, cover with glass lid and bake for 15 minutes.
- Stir and continue to bake until all is melted and smooth.
