The Cajun Keto Chef's Cabbage Roll Fajitas
Ingredients
  • 6 chicken tenderloins
  • 8 cabbage leaves, cooked in water for easier rolling
  • 1jar 2 Sisters' Salsa of your choice
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • jalapenos, sliced
  • sour cream
  • fajita seasoning
Instructions
  1. At 400 degrees, bake the chicken in fajita seasoning along with the onion, bell pepper, and jalapenos.
  2. Roll the above in cabbage leaves.
  3. Place ½ jar of salsa in bottom of baking dish. Place the cabbage rolls on top and then top with the remaining salsa.
  4. Bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  5. Top with sour cream.
