fish, any kind
scallops
Chef Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Magic, to taste
1-2
tbsp.
olive oil
whole kernel corn
spinach
2 Sisters' Salsa
Instructions
1. Sear fish and scallops in Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Seafood Magic and a bit of olive oil.
2. Place in a corn tortilla with a bit of spinach.
3. Top with 2 Sisters’ Salsa.
