- scallops
- Chef Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Magic, to taste
- 1-2 tbsp. olive oil
- whole kernel corn
- spinach
- 2 Sisters' Salsa
Instructions
- 1. Sear fish and scallops in Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Seafood Magic and a bit of olive oil.
- 2. Place in a corn tortilla with a bit of spinach.
- 3. Top with 2 Sisters’ Salsa.
