medium bell peppers, chopped

Louisiana crawfish tails

parsley

half & half

evaporated milk

Velveeta cheese, cubed

minced garlic

1 lb
fettuccine, cooked

2 Sisters' Special Blend Seasoning, to taste

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease a 2-3 quart casserole dish.
3. Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
4. Add salsa, onions, and bell peppers and cook until tender.
5. Add flour and cook, covered, for 15 minutes stirring frequently.
6. Add crawfish and parsley and cook, covered, for an additional 15 minutes stirring frequently.
7. Add half and half, evaporated milk, Velveeta, garlic, and seasoning.
8. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
9. Mix the crawfish mixture with the cooked fettuccine.
10. Pour mixture into greased casserole dish.
11. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until heated.
