Ingredients
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 4 tbsp 2 Sisters' Salsa (Original or Jalapeno)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Sisters' Special Blend Seasoning, to taste
- 1 lb Louisiana crawfish tails
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- 1. Saute’ onion, bell pepper, salsa, butter, olive oil, garlic, and seasoning on medium heat for 20 minutes, adding water as needed.
- 2. Add crawfish tails and cook on high for 15 minutes.
- 3. Stir in cornstarch and water as needed.
- 4. Cook for additional 5 minutes until desired thickness.
- 5. Serve over rice.
