2 Sisters' Salsa of your choice
mozzarella cheese

refrigerated pizza dough
Instructions
1. Pre-bake dough as directed.
2. Season pork. Brown pork, sausage and tasso. Drain grease.
3. Remove boudin from casing.
4. Coat pre-baked dough with salsa.
5. Evenly spread all meats and cheese over dough.
6. Finish baking pizza for 20-25 minutes.
