Ingredients
- 1 lb Louisiana crawfish tails, rinsed & drained
- 1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup 2 Sisters' Salsa, drained (Original or Jalapeno)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 small bunch green onions
- 2 Sisters' Special Blend Seasoning, to taste
- 1 loaf french bread
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Mix all ingredients for the filling in a large bowl.
- 3. Cut loaf of bread in half.
- 4. Spread mixture on both sides.
- 5. Bake at 350 degrees until all the cheese is melted.
- 6. Broil for a few additional minutes until the edges are crispy.
