Ingredients
- 3 links boudin, cooked without casing
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup 2 Sisters' Salsa of your choice
- 1 4-pack canned small biscuits (10 per can)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Mix boudin, cheese and salsa together.
- 3. Flatten each biscuit with your fingers.
- 4. Spoon the mixture to cover a small area in the center of each biscuit.
- 5. Fold the ends over each other and bake ball-shaped biscuits.
- 6. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
