Instructions
1. Purée salsa, honey, and 2 Tbsp lime juice in a blender until smooth. Reserve half of sauce in a bowl; cover and chill. Pour remaining sauce into a large bowl.
2. Using a sharp knife, separate wings and drumettes. Cut off wing tips, and discard. Add wings to sauce in large bowl; toss. Cover, and chill 8 hours or up to 2 days.
3. Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove wings from marinade; discard marinade.
5. Place wings in a single layer on 2 lightly greased wire racks set over rimmed baking sheets. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until wings are golden brown. Toss wings with reserved sauce.
6. Meanwhile, process cilantro, oil, sour cream, ¼ cup lime juice, honey, and garlic in a blender until smooth. Serve cilantro sauce with wings for dipping.
